- Agent and agency identification: name, agency name, National Producer Number (NPN), email address, phone number
- Licensing and appointment data submitted during contracting
- Payment and commission disbursement information
- Communications you send to us (support requests, compliance inquiries)

- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
- Device identifiers and usage analytics
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and manage agent contracting applications
- To facilitate carrier appointments and wholesale benefits access
- To calculate, track, and disburse commissions and overrides
- To communicate platform updates, compliance alerts, and product announcements

- FMO/IMO Partners: As necessary to establish distribution agreements

- Regulatory Authorities: As required by law, including CMS, state departments of insurance, and law enforcement with valid legal process
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users

5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations (including CMS record retention requirements of 10 years for Medicare-related records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Commission and contracting records are retained for a minimum of 7 years.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, prevent fraud, and analyze platform usage. You may configure your browser to reject cookies; however, some platform features may not function correctly without them. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and regular third-party security assessments. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
