Disclosures

Effective Date: June 26, 2026 · Last Updated: June 26, 2026

These disclosures are provided in accordance with applicable federal and state insurance regulations. Please read them carefully before using ContractorBridge services.

Licensing Disclosure

ContractorBridge operates as a licensed wholesale benefits administrator and Field Marketing Organization (FMO) / Independent Marketing Organization (IMO). We are licensed or authorized to conduct business in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Specific license numbers by state are available upon request.

ContractorBridge does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to purchase any specific insurance product.

Compensation Disclosure

ContractorBridge receives compensation from insurance carriers in connection with agent contracting and product distribution. This compensation may include:

  • Override commissions on policies sold by contracted agents
  • Administrative fees from carriers for distribution services
  • Bonus and incentive compensation based on production volume
  • Marketing development funds (MDFs) from carrier partners

This compensation structure means ContractorBridge has a financial interest in agents contracting with and selling products from carriers with whom we have distribution agreements. Agents are not required to sell any specific carrier's products and retain full independence in their sales activities.

Agent Independence Disclosure

Agents contracted through ContractorBridge are independent contractors, not employees of ContractorBridge. ContractorBridge does not control the day-to-day activities of contracted agents, does not set agent work hours, and does not provide employee benefits to contracted agents.

Each agent is solely responsible for their own compliance with applicable licensing requirements, carrier guidelines, and federal and state regulations.

Medicare Marketing Disclosure

ContractorBridge is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) or any government agency. Agents using our platform to market Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D products must comply with all applicable CMS marketing guidelines.

We do not collect, use, or share Medicare beneficiary information for any purpose other than facilitating legitimate insurance transactions as permitted by applicable law.

No Guarantee of Contracting Approval

Submission of a contracting application through ContractorBridge does not guarantee carrier appointment. Carrier appointment decisions are made solely by the respective carrier based on their own underwriting and compliance criteria. ContractorBridge facilitates the application process but has no authority to guarantee or compel carrier approval.

Errors & Omissions

ContractorBridge maintains Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage for its own operations. This coverage does not extend to contracted agents. Agents are strongly encouraged to maintain their own E&O coverage appropriate to their lines of business and state requirements.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of ContractorBridge services shall be governed by the laws of the state in which ContractorBridge is domiciled. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings. Nothing herein waives any rights under applicable state insurance regulations.

Changes to Disclosures

ContractorBridge reserves the right to update these disclosures at any time. Material changes will be communicated to contracted agents via email and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclosures.
